Natural Japanese "tea room" designs incorporated in new development Fleur Pavilia

Asia Art HongKong

Launching this year by New World Development, Fleur Pavilia combines elements of natural Japanese "tea room" designs with themed plants of pine, bamboo and plum blossom to create an ambiance of peace in the middle of the city. Designed by the late master designer Shigeru Uchida along with leading landscape design firm Ohtori Consultants Co. Ltd, the Clubhouse Fleur Pavilion embraces the Japanese philosophy of "Kazuaki Seishin" - harmony, respect, purity and tranquility. This is reflected throughout, with the use of wooden hues and bamboo materials along with the smart use of walls and zoning blurring the outdoors and indoors and creating an open feel.
