TEFAF 2018: Food and Drink at Maastricht

Restaurant La Concorde

Maison Van Den Boer returns with three restaurants to this year's TEFAF. Restaurant La Concorde remains one of the popular choices among fair goers for its food and warm ambiance. The recently released Spring menu is created with local ingredients and each dish comes suggested wine pairing. This year, the restaurant teams up with lighting designer William Brand, founder of Brand van Egmond, whose 'Fractalclouds' will illuminate the restaurant. You will not be disappoint if you are looking for a classic and comfortable place for dining.

L’Auberge

Located in the oldest section of the historic Château Neercanne, L’Auberge is housed in the castle's former chapel. The restaurant was awarded a Michelin Bib Gourmand in 2012 and again in 2018. It continues to impress visitors with fine dining at reasonable prices. Stop by for a drink or cake al fresco, or enjoy Dutch and European cuisine under the venue's atmospheric vaulted ceilings.

Café de Zwaan

Since 1901, Café de Zwaan has been dedicated to serving regional dishes. Meat, fish and vegetarian dishes are provided, together with more than 35 specialty beers. Other than its cozy atmosphere, good jazz would be another reason for visiting the cafe. If you are looking for a quick bite, this would be a great choice.
