Asia Week Hong Kong and Art Loop are co-hosting a guided tour for secondary school students at Art Central (March 14 - 16, 2015). 

 

Art loop is a studio school dedicated to art education for adult and children aged between 3-18. Their curriculum is derived from Teaching for Artistic Behaviour (TAB), a theory originating from the USA in the 1970's. TAB asserts that learners should be given the freedom to create art while being provided with guidance on necessary techniques and knowledge of relevant art history. Committed to necessitating the development of their artistic behaviour, ensuring that their problem-solving, decision-making and other essential skills are honed. 

 

This interactive tour is led by Art Loop artist-teachers and senior artist-students, giving the children a real sense of what it's like to be part of the Art Loop community and sharing highlights of Art, History and Culture.
